Shipping/Shippers: We will choose the least expensive and most efficient means to ship

receive USPS and need UPS or Fedex or the opposite. Shipping is
flat rate per product.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for
freight charges incurred, return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
